Today we are happy to announce that we are well ahead of schedule with rehabilitating the multifamily properties in Augusta, GA.
This successful workflow has been achieved thanks to the prompt collaboration of Augusta’s Housing & Development division, local authorities, and city officials.
As you may remember, this 95-unit residential complex of three buildings located in key areas of Augusta, Georgia was in a pre-foreclosure stage and required extensive renovation and rehabilitation. We have been working on replacing the roofs with new ones, new electrical installation, new flooring, and a complete interior makeover, that includes new appliances.
Our construction team has been focused on the interiors while we finalize the exterior design, that will include new exterior colors, new asphalt and pavement markings, and a revamped landscape.
In other words, the entire communities will be brand new by the time we finish the remodeling.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with the local authorities in securing permits and approvals, which have been provided in record time to our team in the field. This shows the city’s great commitment to investors, contractors, and developers in improving the quality of life for its residents.
As investors and multifamily operators, this kind of cooperation allows us to complete our development projects in a timely manner and within budget, opening.
