SAR Apartment Capital is proudly announcing the acquisition and future development of a new storage complex in Palm Beach County, FL, in partnership with Sam Jazayri, Jack Travone, and Yasir Khan, of More Storage Space.
The 2.38-acre lot is located in Boynton Beach, Florida, and was acquired in May for US$ 3.5 million.
The newly developed More Space Storage would total 87,824 square feet in three stories, plus another 8,147 square feet of outdoor storage and 10 parking spaces. Pending final approval, the project is expected to break ground in the fourth quarter of this year. Construction should take 18 months.
With this new acquisition, SAR Apartment Capital and its partners deliver again on its promise to source, acquire and manage real estate assets with high ROI potential for its investors.
